Cancellation Policy – Thee Garden Collection

At Thee Garden Collection, every drop is intentional. From made-to-order pieces to exclusive pre-orders and curated subscriptions, we aim to provide a unique, thoughtful shopping experience. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities, please read the following cancellation terms carefully.

Pre-Orders

Many of our styles are released as limited pre-orders, meaning the item is not yet in stock but is currently in production.

  • When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving a product before it becomes available.

  • Payment may be collected in full at checkout or split into a deposit and a balance. If a deposit is collected, the remaining amount will be charged automatically when the item is ready to ship.

  • You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order by reaching out to us at theegardencollectionllc@gmail.com.

  • Once a pre-order item has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund—please see our Return Policy for full details.

Because we produce in limited runs, each pre-order matters. Please be mindful when placing your order.

Subscriptions

From time to time, we may offer subscription-based collections—think recurring seasonal capsules or exclusive member drops.

  • Subscriptions are billed based on the frequency you select.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged accordingly unless you choose to pre-pay.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • Cancellations take effect for future shipments only. If an item has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
